37 SQUADRON RAAF

37 Squadron, was equipped with the C-130E Hercules.  Employed mainly in the medevac role in specially modified aircraft, normal logistic flights were also flown to and from Vietnam .  Both Hercules squadrons (No.36 & No. 37)  flew intensively during the withdrawal of 1ATF in 1972.
