F-4D with the Wild Boars teeth. This was applied by an officer one afternoon who had come to the flight line with the templates to spray paint the design. The Squadron Commander came by and saw it. His words were "You have 24 hours to get that off of there." I heard that a snapped off a few of shots. So these are the only pictures in the world of an F-4D with a boars mouth rather than a sharks mouth.Note: Pictures were taken at Da Nang ca. 1970-71.
